  2. Business Support for Disabled Entrepreneurs:
Provision of business opportunities through government financial assistance or subsidized loans for people with disabilities willing to start their own ventures.

  3. Increase in Disability Allowance:
Raise the monthly disability allowance from ₹1000 to ₹5000 to ensure a basic standard of living.

  4. Digital Verification System for Disability Certificates:
Creation of a centralized government database and portal for disability verification, including issuance of QR code-enabled digital disability certificates to eliminate fake documentation.

  5. Formation of a Disability Development Board:
Establishment of a dedicated board to oversee and improve the overall quality of life and development opportunities for people with disabilities.

  6. Inclusive Higher Education Infrastructure:
Establish separate, eco-friendly colleges and universities fully equipped with accessible infrastructure for students with disabilities.

  7. Appointment of Special Educators in Schools:
Mandate the presence of special educators in every school across West Bengal and India to ensure the right to education for specially-abled children.

At WBDO, we believe in inclusion, dignity, equality, and the empowerment of persons with disabilities. We are committed to creating a society where every individual, regardless of physical or mental ability, is given equal opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive.
