During this online meeting, the participants discussed the various challenges faced by persons with disabilities (PWDs) in West Bengal, including accessibility, employment, and social inclusion. The discussion also emphasized the importance of awareness about disability rights and self-empowerment.

At the conclusion of the session, the members unanimously agreed to formally establish an NGO named West Bengal Disability Organization (WBDO), which would be run by persons with disabilities (PWDs), for the welfare and development of PWDs. This marked a significant milestone in their journey toward advocacy, support, and social upliftment.
